3. Processing DMCA Notices

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

5. Repeat Infringers

ModApkKing.com reserves the right to terminate user access for repeat copyright infringers. We will take appropriate action if a user repeatedly uploads infringing material.

6. Limitations of Liability

ModApkKing.com is not responsible for content uploaded by users. We act in good faith to address valid DMCA claims but are not liable for damages resulting from the removal of content or termination of user access.
